Charterer is obliged to leave a Deposit (refundable) for each
chartered craft or to pay Deposit Insurance, in cash only, according
to high of Deposit of the chartered craft. Amount of Deposit
Insurance is 10% of amount of Deposit of the chartered craft. Deposit insurance is non refundable and not for
regatta.
